ReceiptsYou will receive your receipt upon arrival at the conference.. CancellationCancellations must be done in writing before Octobre 10, 2005. You will receive a refund, less a $20 administration fee. Returned Cheques (NSF, etc.)A $30 service charge will apply to returned cheques . Rooms are limited. Call this hotel to reserve a room. At this writing (mid-october) there were still about 60 rooms available for november 4th and about 40 for the 5th.
