Yes we're looking for more sponsors
A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available to both large and small organizations. Sponsors of the Toastmasters District 61 Fall Conference will gain visibility for their companies, demonstrate their support of this communication and leadership organization, and contribute to the success of the conference. We are currently offering three levels of sponsorship. Sponsors may also provide (1) “in-kind” sponsorship, such as printing/electronic equipment; (2) products such as pens, bags, notebooks; (3) a service such as shuttle or (4) donate money all of which will directly help defray the costs of the conference and will be most welcome.
Platinum: There will only be one Platinum sponsor, valued at $2,000. We will recognize our Platinum sponsor with a full-page ad in our program, a prominently displayed banner or poster during the conference, and use of a display table. In addition, the sponsor will be officially recognized during the Communication and Leadership luncheon and again during the closing ceremonies. (Unavailable due to prior pledge)
Gold: Limit of two sponsors valued at $1,500 each, or equal value in goods or services. We will recognize our Gold sponsors with a ½ page ad in our program. We will also include your promotional piece in our participants’ conference pack and provide you with the use of a display table. (Unavailable due to prior pledge)
Silver: Sponsorship valued at $1,000, or equal value in goods or services. We will recognize our Silver sponsors with a ¼ page ad in our program. We will also include your promotional piece in our participants’ conference pack.
Bronze: Sponsorship valued at $500, or equal value in goods or services. We will recognize our Bronze sponsors with a business card size ad in our program, with your name on our website and on displays at the venue and in our program.
Supporter: Sponsorship valued at under $500, or equal value in goods or services. We will recognize our Supporter sponsors with your name on our website and on displays at the venue in our program.
