The District presents this award to a person in the community who is an outstanding communicator and leader. A media person, a federal, provincial or local politician or business person can be so honored
The person must be a Non-Toastmaster.
Preferably, the Nominee is local to the community where the event is being held. It is essential that, given the nature of the award, the Nominee is present at the Communication and Leadership Luncheon.
