Drive to Success! Practical Strategies to get your vehicle (your Club) into shape
Join International Director Gary Mull In this highly motivational and inspirational workshop, which explores the metaphor of driving to focus on key elements of leadership success in your Toastmasters Club. Attendees will leave this session with proven, practical strategies for Club success that will help you turn obstacles into opportunities.
Whether your road is smooth or bumpy, your drive can still be successful! The Club's performance has less to do with the economy and other external factors, and more to do with the philosophies and practices of its leadership team. You can have an active, fun, motivated, high-membership Club – even in what others may consider “tough times”. |

Winding Your Way Through Webcasts
Webcasts and conference calls are the communication methods of the future. Companies are finding alternatives for training and communication with their employees versus spending money to travel for face-to-face meetings and seminars. The participants will learn how to prepare, conduct and follow up after a Webcast. The techniques are similar to public speaking but need to be modified with more focus on voice and interactive presentations to keep the audience's attention.
