1. Download the Order Form. --> Excel format or PDF format
2. Fill it in with your choices and the number of copies.
3. Bring it to the Bookstore at the Conference Friday evening.

Phil will confirm your order as well as the cost, answer all your questions, and arrange to have your order ready for pick-up on Saturday.
