Keynote Speaker - Kristal DiCarlo

Kristal is an International Director, serving a two-year term on the Toastmasters International Board of Directors. This role is a blend of strategy and operations. The strategic portion of the role is related to planning for the entire global Toastmasters organization. The operations support is provided within a geographical region assisting district leaders with achieving their district goals. Since joining Toastmasters in May 1999, she has held officer roles in several clubs and at the district level. Kristal is also a three-time Distinguished Toastmaster.

As an experienced speaker and trainer, she is the owner of Kristal Clear Communications. She speaks on topics related to leadership, human resources, business skills and personal development. She is also a speech coach and an award winning speaker and evaluator.

Kristal is a human resources professional with experience in labor relations, human resources information systems (HRIS), process design, continuous improvement, compensation and project management.

She and her husband are multi-year winners of the Westlake in Bloom contest. She enjoys reading, gardening, hiking and speaking.
